The proximity to the main mall was great, as we were able to do some shopping and enjoy some nice restaurants. , the staff was friendly and tried their best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having basic amenities available.
The room lacked many basic necessities such as hangers, glasses, and bottled water. The sink only provided lukewarm water, and the towels were old and threadbare.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and always eager to help. We really appreciated their effort to communicate with us even though they didn't speak English very well. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the bus station and a major mall.
There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel was really quiet and secluded, which was great for a good night's sleep.
